On a US fertilizer label, the first three numbers give percentages by weight of nitrogen, phosphate expressed as P2O5, and potash expressed as K2O. They are not a direct statement of the mango's needs or an application rate. Compare the full guaranteed analysis, including micronutrients and nutrient forms. When a recommendation uses elemental phosphorus or potassium, have the amounts translated correctly before calculating how much product to apply.
