A product name does not establish that the tree lacks phosphorus or that nutrition is the reason it has no panicles. Start with light, shoot stage, season, and the existing fertilizer history. Use appropriate tests when a nutrient problem is suspected. Adding a bloom product to an already adequate program can obscure the diagnosis, while leaving the actual limitation, such as immature shoots or unsuitable weather, unaddressed.
