Prepare a stable, clean area where freshly cut stalk ends can drain without sap contacting neighboring mangoes. Handle a few fruit first and inspect the actual drainage path before expanding the setup. Keep fruit supported without pressure points and separate the drainage area from clean packed fruit. A commercial rack design should be evaluated in use rather than copied solely from its appearance.
