Transport refrigeration is primarily intended to maintain an appropriately prepared load, and may cool warm, densely packed fruit poorly. Arrange suitable cooling before loading and verify the fruit temperature. Check that loading does not block the vehicle's air circulation paths. When transport is delayed, reassess the product itself rather than assuming the original dispatch plan remains suitable.
