The National Mango Board suggests up to six months for frozen ripe mango pieces or puree. Use that as a storage-planning guide rather than a promise that every package retains identical quality. Date packages and use older batches first, checking their condition when opened. Flavor at freezing, package integrity, and the freezer's handling history all matter when deciding which preparation will suit the fruit later.
