Mango FAQ

1 FAQ

Pests, Diseases & DisordersCan removing diseased mango leaves alone solve an anthracnose problem?

Leaf removal by itself is unlikely to explain or address the entire disease cycle. Evaluate affected flowers, twigs, and fruit as well as the leaves, and consider whether a dense canopy stays wet after rain. Avoid stripping a tree of useful foliage simply because some older leaves are spotted. For repeated crop losses, combine a confirmed diagnosis with sanitation, canopy management, and locally appropriate protection of susceptible growth.
