Photograph both sides of the leaf and check whether the raised areas have small exit holes. Mango leaf gall midge can produce galls, but scab and other injuries can resemble them. Keep the tree's location and source information with the images, particularly where this insect would be unexpected. Contact a plant health service before sending leaves or potting material elsewhere, because the material itself may carry a pest.
