Mango FAQ

1 FAQ

Soil, Fertilizer & WateringWhy should comparable amounts of soil be taken from each location in a mango composite sample?

A composite is intended to represent its defined sampling area. Taking a large scoop at one location and a tiny pinch elsewhere gives the first location disproportionate influence. Follow the laboratory's collection method with consistent depth and comparable contributions, then mix as directed before submitting the required portion. Keep genuinely different soil zones separate; careful mixing cannot turn incompatible sampling areas into a useful average.
