Grafting & PropagationWhat distinguishes thawed mango culture regrowth from a recovered conservation plant?

Living tissue after thawing is an encouraging intermediate result, but conservation also requires retained capacity to regenerate useful plants. Follow recovered embryogenic cultures through embryo development and plantlet production under the validated procedure. Record each endpoint separately. A storage treatment that leaves some cells alive is not necessarily equivalent to one that restores a propagatable, identifiable accession.
