Not by itself. Experimental encapsulated mango embryos have been germinated on defined culture media before plantlets were established in soil. That sequence does not demonstrate direct field sowing or ordinary seed handling. Require evidence for the proposed delivery system, including plant recovery outside culture, before planning nursery production around it. A protective coating is only one component of a complete propagation procedure.
