No. Brix describes soluble solids in the juice sample, while dry matter compares the sample's dried weight with its fresh weight. Although both can inform fruit assessment, they do not measure identical material and their numbers are not interchangeable. Preserve the measurement name, method, and fruit identity in the record. A maturity threshold for one test cannot simply be applied to the other.
