For a matched tissue sample, removing water should not produce more sample material than you started with. Treat a result above 100 percent as a reason to check the calculation, units, container weights, and sample identity. Do not interpret it as exceptional maturity or silently replace it with a maximum value. Resolve the discrepancy and repeat the test if the original sample history cannot be reconstructed.
