Washwater can carry dirt and contamination away from hands, so it should not drain onto fruit, harvest containers, or the production water supply. Provide a suitable collection or disposal arrangement and keep the station usable. A water container without soap, hygienic drying, and waste management is not a complete handwashing setup.
