Flavor, Quality & StorageCan properly dried mango absorb enough moisture during storage to deteriorate?
Yes. Drying does not permanently prevent moisture uptake from the surrounding air. Cool fruit appropriately, package it in clean moisture-resistant containers, and avoid leaving the supply open in a humid room. Small packages reduce repeated exposure during use. Inspect stored fruit for new moisture or deterioration; a successful drying session does not guarantee that unsuitable packaging will preserve the result indefinitely.
