No. Removing air is packaging, not sterilization or a validated preservation process. Fresh-cut mango still needs appropriate refrigeration and hygienic handling, and a tight seal does not prevent every microbial hazard. Do not assign it a room-temperature shelf life because the bag stays collapsed. For longer home storage, use an appropriate freezing method rather than relying on vacuum alone.
