Flavor, Quality & StorageCan washing mangoes cancel a recall affecting their lot?
No. Follow the recall instructions for the identified product and do not rely on home washing to reverse the reason for the recall. Keep packaging or purchase information long enough to compare product identity and lot details. Separate affected food from other supplies rather than mixing it into puree or shared prepared dishes.
