Pests, Diseases & DisordersWhat should be checked when a shipment of natural enemies arrives for a mango nursery?
Confirm the organism, expected life stage, shipping condition, and supplier's handling instructions promptly. Living control agents can be damaged by extreme conditions or delayed handling even when the package looks intact. Record suspected losses and contact the supplier before releasing unusable material. A purchased count does not prove that the same number of healthy organisms reached the mango growing area.
