Pests, Diseases & DisordersWhy are mango leaves turning brown?
Brown mango leaf tips, edges, or patches can result from different problems, including drying, salt or fertilizer injury, sudden sun exposure, cold, pests, and leaf diseases. Check whether the damage follows a recent weather event, repotting, feeding, or change in watering. Inspect both sides of affected leaves and compare them with healthy new growth. Dead areas will not turn green again, so judge recovery from new healthy tissue rather than repeatedly treating an old brown patch without identifying its cause.
