Rich, syrupy-sweet with balanced acidity, citrus undertones, subtle resinous notes—classic mango flavor with complexity.

Bright yellow skin often showing pink blush when exposed to sun. Flesh is deep orange-yellow.

Oval to ovate with a pointed apex; minimal to no beak.

Caprifig - An individual species of fig with both male and female flowers
Common - Self fertile and will grow anywhere conditions are suitable
Persistent Caprifig - A caprifig that holds it figs and doesn't drop them without any fig wasp
San Pedro - Both Smyrna and common figs on one tree. Example dessert king, which will produce edible Brebas but need the was to ripen main crop figs.
Smyrna - Require caprification (pollination) to produce edible figs
